SIPAPU is a collectively owned 160 acre parcel of primary and secondary rainforest in the Tambopatá Nature Reserve Buffer Zone in the Peruvian Amazon.
Sipapu is a Hopi word for the “world navel” from which their ancestors emerged, and to which they will return.
The project combines sustainable and regenerative principles, methods, culture and technologies within deep ecological and shamanic worldviews.
